Meditation in Hill Road

We are a small group of meditators who are not attached to any particular spiritual path but who appreciate the benefits of regular meditation and believe that contemplation and silence are important contributions to individual and community well-being.

We welcome people who have not meditated previously and some guidance will be available to get you started.

We rotate the group round our homes each week so we send a weekly email to meditators to remind you where the group is being held.

To find out more or join the weekly email please email lynvigrass@gmail.com or phone one of the following people:

Isabelle Lefrancq 5651966

Debbie ter Borg 5651780

Lyn Vigrass 5650354

OUR GROUP MEETS ON TUESDAY EVENINGS AT 6.50 AND WE MEDITATE FROM 7 TO 7.30 P.M.

Please feel free to join us one evening to see if the group is right for you. No cost, no commitment. Phone or email for this week's venue or to be put on mailing list.
